SAFEGUARDING POLICY

We at Grosvenor Church Barnstaple are committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults and we work hard to ensure their wellbeing. All our children’s leaders and crèche workers have full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks. 

Ignite

At the start of each Sunday morning, we ask that you register your school-aged child and we in return will issue you with a numbered card. As you collect your child at the end of the service we will only release your child in exchange for the numbered card. 

Sparklers

As you take your preschool child into our crèche area on Sunday, we ask you to sign them in with any dietary needs and we give you a numbered card. Your child can then only leave the room if exchanged for the card.
