EVENING ALPHA IN PERSON: Wednesdays, 6.45pm (in-person)
The Alpha Day with teaching about the Holy Spirit will be Saturday 28th February 2026 from 9.45am - 3.30pm including lunch.
TORRINGTON ALPHA
Our current Torrington Alpha course began in September 2025 and is due to finish in December 2025. We aim to start another course in early 2026, more information coming soon.
Alpha runs on Friday evenings at 7pm at Bluecoat Infants School, Torrington
What is Alpha?
Alpha is a chance to ask questions and explore the Christian faith in a fun, no-pressure environment.
Alpha takes place across thirteen sessions with the option of a day or weekend away in the middle.
We believe that everyone should have the chance to explore faith, ask questions, and share their point of view.
Ciara is part of our church and helps at our Alpha sessions. Check out the video to hear all about it.
How does it work?
Each free session includes food (in person), a short talk, and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts.
What if I try it and don’t like it?
If at any point you decide Alpha isn't for you, that's not a problem. There's no pressure, no follow up, and no charge.
